It's just like it says in the title. To add to the flexibility of our schedule, we've added a Sunday session.

We know that it can sometimes be difficult to beat the traffic or your work and study commitments during the weekday schedule. We've made it a bit easier to get some training in.

This isn't an Open Mat, it's a formal class with instruction at 11am every Sunday morning.

Who is Teaching

The class will be headed by Masters European Gold medallist Padraig Mannion. Padraig has experience at the high end of competition Jiu Jitsu, and will be sharing his Jiu Jitsu with everyone.

YOU! This class is open to all Kyuzo members. So whether you're a seasoned Black Belt looking to get some training in on a Sunday morning, or a fresh beginner looking to add to their techniques, this session is suitable for you.
